These terms apply when you browse or buy from craftohfa.com (“Craftohfa”, “we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them along with our Shipping & policies, Returns & refunds and Privacy Policy pages.
Who can order
You need to be 18 or older to place an order, or to order with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We deliver within India only.
Our products
- Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in colour, thread and finish from the photographs are normal and are not a defect. If a batch differs noticeably, we send you a photo before dispatch.
- Age guidance is shown on each product page. Adult supervision is recommended for children under six. Products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three.
- The acrylic paints we supply are non-toxic but are not washable once dry.
Personalised orders
For personalised products, such as a My Name Set, we make the item exactly as you type the name at checkout, so please check the spelling before you pay. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout, including shipping.
- Shipping is a flat ₹79 anywhere in India, and free on orders of ₹499 or more.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not currently offer cash on delivery.
- Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and you receive our order confirmation email. An order that is not paid is not accepted and will not be made or shipped.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, or we can’t make your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Making and delivery
Most orders are handmade to order and dispatched within 2–3 working days, then delivered in 3–6 working days through our courier partner. These are estimates, not guarantees, and couriers can be slower around festivals and in remote areas. We send tracking details once the parcel is picked up. Please make sure the delivery address and phone number you give us are correct, because the courier uses them to reach you.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
We can cancel your order and refund it in full any time before we start making it. Because everything is made for you, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, record an unboxing video and message us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace it or refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. The full details are on our Returns & refunds page.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Content on this site
The photographs, designs, text and branding on this site belong to Craftohfa. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. You are welcome to share photos of your own finished crafts.
Liability
We take care to describe our products accurately and to pack them safely. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
